General
Q: Where are you located?

A: We operate from Ċirkewwa, Malta (just beneath the kiosk), or Mġarr, Gozo (look for our blue umbrella in front of the ferry terminal!)

A: You can book directly through our website (and benefit from a discount), or at our ticket stand in Mġarr (Gozo).

A: Sunscreen, swimwear, towels, water, snacks, and a hat are always a good idea. Don’t forget your camera!

A: All bookings and ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made by customers, missed departures, late arrivals, changes to travel plans, or failure to use the booked service.

If a trip is cancelled by us due to adverse weather conditions or safety concerns, customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule, subject to availability.

Comino Ferry
Q: Do I need to book the ferry in advance?

A: You can buy your ticket on the spot, however booking online give you a discount. Ferries depart hourly throughout the day. You can look at the schedule here: https://www.cominoferryservice.com/ferry-schedule/ 

A: The ride to Comino takes approximately 20 minutes.
A: Yes, all our ferries have shaded areas for your comfort.
A: Yes, return trips are included in the price. Check the ferry schedule to plan your journey.

A: Yes, the QR code is required to enter Blue Lagoon. Book your free QR code here:

A: Prepare your QR code prior to boarding. Transport Malta officials will scan it, and you’ll be given a wristband to wear while in Comino.

Private Boat Charters
Q: How many people can join a private charter?
A: Our boats can accommodate up to 10, 20 or 30 people, depending on the vessel you choose. Pricing will vary accordingly.
A: The charter includes a skipper, fuel, use of snorkelling gear, and stops at popular locations such as the Blue Lagoon and Crystal Lagoon.
A: Yes! We’re happy to tailor your trip to your preferences, weather permitting.
A: Yes, we provide coolers with ice so you can keep your drinks and food chilled.
Self-Drive Boat Rentals
Q: Do I need a licence to rent a boat?
A: No licence is required for our self-drive boats. However, you must be at least 18 years old and confident handling a boat.
A: Yes, we provide a full safety briefing and show you how to operate the boat before you set off.
A: Our self-drive boats accommodate up to 5 people comfortably.
A: If the sea conditions are unsafe, we’ll offer you a new date or a full refund.
A: You can rent the boat for 3 or 7 hours. Prices are available on our Self-Drive Rental page.
